Dear Reader Poem by Naomi Waters

Dear Reader

Dear Reader,

Where you are now names don't matter
Titles born in previous lives are meaningless
History has buried you
I welcome you to the gates
Bearing oh so grand opportunities
Leave all purpose behind
To the inhabitants of this realm
New guests are toys, so out of kindness.......
I give to you one piece of advice
Take care to not look back
To not look into their eyes

Poignant, profound and deep. Sincerely, I'm awed at your literary prowess. That is if you could perceive the extent to which this poem just catapulted my mind. Much kudos, dear poetess.
