Death, Disillusion, And Bliss Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Death, Disillusion, And Bliss

Rating: 5.0

If life's not but energies that vibrate—
Of the type of touch or taste, sight or sound,
We may not grasp that to its fullest state,
But still, a strange mix of waves the world's found.
Yet, if the world as said is illusion,
Vain searching for varied warps, varied whoops,
And vain to see sense in ceaseless motion,
Lest one be caught in its deluding loop,
Which, wisdom for long has called disillusion.
And how serendipitous should it get,
Disillusion— spiritual inversion,
And bliss, other worldly, heavenly set!
An if death human illusion destroys,
What good friend Death is fetching blissful joys!
_____________________________________________
After they had cooed together and made love a couple talked about world philosophically: If this world is nothing but Maya, an illusion, a man who is disillusioned with the world truly sees the truth. The only time he seems to be in sense. And in the voice of the Volta, the man says: death, if it destroys all illusions, is the greatest friend, no foe. I felt that momentary death during orgasm today. What about you?

Good for you, but I don't envy other's good luck, may God bless you with that bliss for many more years. Yet, I don't think I've grasped fully what you said. Thanks again.

You're right, The PP, if death does not greet a man of advanced age and suffering from ill health. I am lucky to have no serious problem, but would love to leave the scene much before that stage, preferably pen and paper in hand. Thank you.
