Deception Poem by Randy McClave

Deception

Those who don't seek the truth
Will always pick rotten fruit.
The words that they hear will be rotten
And the sweet taste forgotten.
The honesty that the soul yearns
That fruit now will be infested with worms.
Those will deservingly will get sick
With every piece of fruit that they pick.
