Desired To Be Light Poem by Pranab K Chakraborty

Desired To Be Light

Dunglu dances on shiny ribs
Draught patches along the path
Poignant threat crippling spring
Sandbank quashes with sparks

Wondered eyes nymph stares
Fear clouds triggering joy
Guessing arrogant ruining height
Shattering blockades planking traps

Dunglu crabs rocky hills
Ripples easy streamy crease
Blowing blushed airy banks
Dunglu splashing stony tread

Decaying not vibrant crowd
Simply path robbed by foot
Emerges high crashing ribbs
Hiding chin that thirst-bound!

N.B. Translated from own Bengali poem
by poet himself.
