Dilemma
Complete your work with full attention,
Never try to give it an extension;
Because some says life gives you a second chance,
While other believes it happens only once.
Doubtful thoughts coming over,
Forced to look and act as shover;
Frightened to make yourself strong,
Takes time to identify things right or wrong.
Plead over and over being confused,
Always wins the defeat being refused;
Never tries to find the fault within,
Rather stops the thoughts in mind to begin.
When you awaken in morning's hush,
Always be the swift uplifting rush;
Of the quite birds in circled flight,
Try to be the soft stars that shine at night.
Don't resist your mind to your limited view,
Let your imaginations and thoughts to be the new;
Being yourself see your limitations to grow,
And learn to deal with dark to make yourself glow.
This is all about to encourage them

This is a didatic poem not only to teenagers but als to all ages that life has many challanges and we have to face having right decision discriminating right and wrong. We must do our today's work with full attention and we mustn't keep it for tomorrow. Beautiful poem with lofty insights. The rhyming feels somewhat forced. I think 'free-verse' is sometimes preferable since it imposes no constraints and leaves the poet free to prioritize feelings, emotions and ideas, over formalistic concerns.
