Disabled Spider Seemed Talking Poem by Jayatissa K. Liyanage

Disabled Spider Seemed Talking

It moves, walks and even runs
It webs, catches and chews up preys
It sleeps, wakes and even rests
Just like any other, with all eight legs

Looks little odd, for an octopod Arachnid
It never minds like, about half it has got
With the help of pedipalp it keeps it's balance
why should one worry, even if it is quadruped

On the TV screen I watch with interest
Para military game event at it's height
Medalist Hero on wheels, sans both legs
Smiles 'n tells something, to take heed of
