life disowns me and
I turn an orphan
left alone on earth
deluged in a downpour …..

Poet Menon, I truly empathize with you. Since retiring, I've been struggling with this issue. I've found meditation and exercise to be very helpful. But in all honesty, the therapeutic value of writing and reading poetry seems to be most effective for me. And your poetry has really helped a lot!
