I say, "yes, "
But he says, "No, "
This way the dispute goes on,
Long time elapses,
Everybody leaves the place,
But we continue to argue foolishly.
Sometimes to settle an issue one has to leave. Give ample time for each mind to think what is the possible solution to end the dispute. An interesting poem well conveyed..

Yes, this happens many a time. When tempers flare they need be calmed first before one can see the reason. But we want to settle score immediately. This is depicted so well.
