Trust not to get.
Or have it to give.
Neither to earn.
Nor shown deserving of it.
Should be a concern.
Especially for anyone,
In a position of leadership.

Whether it be distrust.
Or mistrust.
Trust not to get.
Or have it to give.
Can be the root of the problem.
In any failed relationship.

And...
With this done,
Continually going to come...
Growing not to stop.
Proves there has been,
A lack of confidence...
Beginning to start at the top.
Until finding its way to bottom out!
