Do Not Go So Far - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Dear moon, dear stars you stay
Do not go so far to see light
Laziness has not gone from bed
Please wait for me in love deep.

I know I shall miss you in day,
I say please wait to shine more
You have inner power to glow
Do not fear sun and do not go.

This morning is lovely has love
For you I have kept emotion sure
Pure mind will awake soon freshly
Poets are ready to write new poems.

In praise of God let us sing all
Together you remain do not go far
Unity is strength morning is pure
Glory of God is written in a sky.

The greatest artist is indeed God. I look forward each morning to see His next masterpiece. The sunrise, sunset. a newly opened flower, a butterfly. Sometimes just a simple leaf. Sometimes even nature makes me smile. Loved the poem. Thank you dear friend. (Report) Reply

Yet another gem of a poem, I liked last stanza very much...........
Eternity shines every where we feel
By your touch life blooms in wisdom

The moon and stars are a sight so beautiful that you are reluctant to take your eyes off it.
Let the poets sing together the glory of this enthralling vision in the sky.
Kumarmani ji, your thoughts and words are so nice and pure!

Makes me think of the Sun, moon and stars as my friends and not as cosmic bodies. Makes me feel like a child again, dream again and so the possibilities are endless again. Thank you Kumarmani for this wonderful gem. (Report) Reply
