You have to let go of the painful past if you want to move forward,
Let go of the memories that make your present vision blurred,
Reliving your painful memories will poison your heart and mind,
Inner peace will become one of the hardest things to find,

If you look at today through the eyes of the past,
You can never focus on the present opportunities that run fast,
You can never see what the present moment has to give,
You can never truly be happy, you can never truly live!
