Do You Love Me, Even Though Poem by Ron Rector

Do You Love Me, Even Though

Do you love me, even though I have allowed your fathers suicide, your brother’s suicide, and your mother to be gunned down in convent store. Do you love me, even though I have allowed wife to die of starvation (due to cancer) . Do you love me, even though I have allowed your teenager to make the same mistakes you did. Do you love me, even though I have allowed religions to manipulate and control you? Do you love me, even though I have allowed your employers to under pay you? Do you love me even though I have allowed those addicted to control to surround you. Do you love me, even though I have allowed, you to receive third degree burns. Do you love me, even though I allowed you or a friend to be set up at work, in staged meetings where your friend was attacked emotionally? Do you love me, even though I allowed the company you work for to tell lies about your retirement? Do you love me, even though I allowed creditors to send your bills late, and then charge extreme late fees? Do you love me, even though I have allowed the county and electric company to destroy your yard? Do you love me, even though I have allowed the gas company to shut off the gas for 3 weeks because of a loose nut? Do you love me, even though I allowed your neighbors to dump garbage in your yard? Do you love me, even though I allowed your water heater to split from top to bottom, Do you love me, even though I allowed fed x truck to roll back into you, and then lie about it.

Add to this poem the things God has allowed in your life and your continued commitment to him, by leaving comments.

Well it would be hard to love someone who does that, but I guess you could love somebody who does that and then lies about it. People love people even though they shouldn't.
