Doctor Visit # 2 Poem by Ray Hansell

Sitting here in the doctor's office
In a most uncomfortable position
I know that I could complain
But then, who really wants to listen

I'm in the Urology department
So you can imagine what it is
This position that I am in
I know women have experienced this

I wouldn't call it degrading
But it far from flattering
In fact maybe to some
It could be ego shattering

But I know it's all just a part
Of what I'm now going through
The only thing that I will say
Is that I hope it's never you
