Neverpromise
You will come again like spring
Never make me hopeful
You will never leave me!
Hope makes life elastic
Again it eats up life
As golden worm turns
The green into yellow;
Promises are like rain drops
In hot summer on desert!
Don't ask me to wait further
Than the realistic time…..
Time is too cruel like desert
To hold countless tears;
Don't ask me to trust moreover
Belief is decaying like moon
Truth is panting like dying heart,
Nothing is secure here
Like Eliot's The Waste Land….
Yet I have to reach there wading
The debris of the dead
Nothing could efface this stink
Even not Arabian aroma!
