Don’t Ever Set Me Free - Poem by David Harris
The strains of violins,
your perfume haunting the air,
it feels like paradise
with every step I take.
You’re near, so close I could hold you,
embracing your tenderness
like the million times before.
The night’s moon captures
the romance in the air,
as we kiss we’re dancing on air.
Your fingers excite
every part of me.
If this is what love is,
don’t ever set me free.
