Don't Let The Rabbit Run Poem by Dorsey Baker

Don't Let The Rabbit Run

Baby I'm watching you
watch yourself
sweat in the sun
Baby don't let the rabbit run
the taste of the sea
is salty
but your tongue
is sweet as honey
and the time has come
for you to watch
the leaves as they
start to fall
but baby please don't
let the rabbit run
I rush into
your cave of darkness
and where your insanity dwells
and is trying hard
to come out!
Baby I beg you
don't let the rabbit run!
