Don't Let Your Heart Be A Stone Poem by Dorsey Baker

Don't Let Your Heart Be A Stone

Don't let your heart
be a stone
baby don't just
walk away
and leave me all alone
you are my boiling water
you are my cup of tea
without you
nothing would I be
Baby don't let your heart
be a stone
baby don't just walk away
and leave me all alone

you are my sunshine
before the sun starts to rise
and when you are around
tears of joy
they come into my eyes
Baby don't let your heart
be a stone!
Baby don't just walk away
and leave me all alone
