Draw Our Thoughts
Draw our thoughts unto You Lord
For life is but a vapor
Here we are and then we're gone
The years so disappear
We look at old age as far away
And then before we know it
A lenthened glance in a mirror
Begins to really show it
How better time spent could have been
We spend in reminiscing
And forget to capture the present moment
Sometimes that's what we're missing
So take the time a quiet time
Of reflection again today
And draw yourself again towards God
You can you know if you pray
Don't miss out on His friendship now
For He's closer than any brother
And He cares far more about you
Than will any other
So here I am again my God
In my favourite hiding place
In the closet of prayer with You
Seeking the Master's face
For Thou art my Conqueror
Over sin and death and Hell
What great cause for jubilation
Jesus doeth all things well
My past, my present, and my future
But a vapor and then it's gone
But thankful for an everlasting tenure
With Jesus God's dear Son!
Hallelujah what a Saviour!
