Dreaming Poem by Obinna Kenechukwu Eruchie

Dreaming

To fall asleep,
I was about.
Falling too deep
With hands stretched out
Right in a dream,
So full of love,
Where all may seem
Wondrous above.
Here the air blooms
With peace around,
And the earth grooms
With joy abound.
Like a feather,
I feel myself
With the weather
To have flight’s shelf.

This is both simple and elegant, true and emotive.
