Dreams Of A Better Tomorrow
A craze sweeping the nation
"Lottery Fever"
Mega Millions, Powerball
Payouts reaching all time highs
It is something magical,
Which will instantly change your life.
Take a chance, pick your numbers
Numbers, that have meaning to your life.
Perhaps a "Quick Pick",
Let fate take it's course.
All it takes is,
Two Dollars
No winner Tuesday night, jackpot has soared to an all time high of 868 million for the Friday,10/19/18 drawing.
So many lottery winners actually go bankrupt within a few years. They think their newfound wealth will last forever. This poem made me think. Thanks for posting!
