Dry Rot Poem by archie langford

Dry Rot

Rating: 5.0

If the paint is peeling in the parlor
And the walls they look the worse for ware,
If you suddenly get the feeing
You aught to paint the ceiling,
`cause it`s looking rather bare.

Should you discover that your roof is leaking
Death watch beetles, and worm reside,
Don’t be filled with remorse
If you need a new damp course
Remember there`s always suicide.

Now let me decide...paint or kill, repair or kill, clean or kill....kill, . kill, kill. I would rather do that than paint! ! Very tongue in cheek, loved it!
