Dynamic Duo
Healthy foods coupled with healthy thoughts
Make the best soup for our Soul:
The former for the body
The latter for the Mind
And together they lift us to our cherished goals
Thoughts materialized make the body
And remain hidden in the subconscious
But surface again as thoughts in time
Influencing decisions by our conscious
Thus, the conscious and the subconscious
Is our dynamic duo
And eternal companion of the soul
That engages in action for our soul to experience
Leading to freedom in action as the goal
