In the just concluded Indian National Elections, EVMs or Electronic Voting Machines were deployed widely to enable citizens to vote as per their choice. The elections went off peacefully and the results were announced quickly enough.It is a tribute to the Election Commission.The EVMs have been widely criticised, but repeated tests have proved that they can't be tampered, nor can they be hacked. They are very voter friendly. Rest of the world still uses paper votes.India is thus far ahead!
