Each Day Poem by Martin Webb

Each Day

Rating: 4.3

Each day
the sun steals its way
across the unending universe

Yet stars
numerous as grains of sand
Glisten in their vast array
like an unending garden
of blossoming angels

Leaving me tiny
vacant, impotent

Just a grain
in the hour glass
of the earth
