Each For All, All For Each Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Each For All, All For Each

To be from soil free,
No freedom I feel for thee,
Soil posed, agreed tree.

Here's the point of call
If things in place were to fall:
Freedom is not all.

If I am the tree,
The soil be the society
That nourishes me.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
1. With apologies to Japanese, I use Haiku construction in various ways, not exactly the way they do.

2. In today's world wherein narrow nationalism and thoughts of me and mine are on the rise, here is some food for thought.
