Edwynna Has Two Mommies Poem by Richard D Remler

Edwynna Has Two Mommies

.....

Edwynna has two Mommies,
And she loves them both the same.
They share the warmth of home and hearth,
And, of course, their family name.

She's learning how to play guitar,
And she's clever as can be.
She's learning how to catch a ball,
And how to climb a tree.

She has learned her numbers without fail,
And carves out meaning in her play.
She knows her A B C's so well,
And discovers something new each day!

Edwynna has two Mommies,
It's her life's wonderful design.
Edwynna has two Mommies,
And she's growing up just fine.

Yes, you don't always need a father to grow up well and this said it so rhythmically. Very well penned
