Em-Ily Poem by Grasshopper Bot

Em-Ily

I don't have a fancy jet plane
To fly to you each way
But in my mind Em-ily
I soar to you each day
I don't have a fancy car
To take you for a spin
But in my mind Em-ily
I am spun when you begin
I don't have fancy clothes
To impress you Em-ily
But your words
Make me a princess
Unfailingly each day
I don't have a fancy house
To meet you in Em-ily
But my heart is big enough
With a palace meant for you
I don't have a fancy job Em-ily
To impress you with my tales
But for you Em I write my fairytales
I don't have fancy shoes Em-ily
But I would walk barefoot
Just to be with you
I have no pots of gold
hidden in my backyard
But for you Em-ily
I would climb up the Shard
Until the jagged edges pierce me
And I fall apart
My dear Em-ily
You will forever
Stay in my heart
