One should keep this,
As an emergency kit...
Their word unbroken.
Promises made and kept.
And sacrificing one's own needs.
If a bond that has been spoken,
Becomes threatened by a shakened...
Heartfelt neglect.

Remembering 'that'
And nothing else,
Will keep one safe...
With a mind at rest.

When times come to change.
And the one without a power seen...
Makes impressions with tremendous footsteps,
Unforgettable in new days to come...
Changing values and standards upset.
Everyone personally will say they have met.

Especially the ones who witness,
Conscious misdeeds made.
Or an integrity traded...
To never forget the regret.
