Empty Room Poem by Ray Hansell

Empty Room

Sometimes the heart
Takes a serious fall
It runs into
The heartbreak wall

Just when you thought
You were half way home
Your heart weeps
Because, again it's alone

You thought you found
That special love
But he's gone
No one to hug

Maybe tomorrow
Or one day soon
Your heart will no longer
Be an empty room

A beautiful poem. I love it! " The Heartbreak Wall" - - I've hit that wall, myself, too many times to count!
