EMPTYING THE SWAMP
The threatening clouds have receded
Yet still the horizon remains dark
Those watching the distance
Know how to take care of the instance
For while we sleep the winds will blow
Carrying with them the raging clouds
The sound of the trumpet is loud
Amplified by the power hiden in the mask
Many are petrified as they see their end in advance
The tower is coming down in a babel
Warmongers are counting their loses
There is anger; there is trepidation
The swamp is being emptied
Crocs and gators exposed
For once the sky is all blue and clear
We have been lied to; been spied on
Like rats in a lab, experimented with
Now the empire has collapsed
