Enemy Of Love - Poem by Efrain Martinez
He met her, she was like every other girl,
A beautiful face with a body of a goddess.
He dreamed day and night about her,
Hoping that one day she would be with him.
He found courage and told her about his feelings.
She looked at him and laugh,
She said 'Look at you what can you offer me'
And with illusion he said 'I offer you love'.
She paused and said to him
'Love? I don't want your love,
You are not in my level;
I am a princess and you are nothing'
She crushed his heart and killed his illusion
And 'Love' became his enemy,
And forever fought againts it
But always lost againts it and he became the slave of love.
