Enjoying Quietness
Soothing feelings quietly settled deeply inside,
emotions floating down river, lying upon inner
tubes and relaxing.
Giving my heart and mind a much needed rest from
all their intense thoughts and images, leaving me
with a total serenity.
Enjoying the quietness of my soul, satisfying and
giving plenty of time to write, thinking within
depths of my being and life.
