Even For Those Poem by Francis Duggan

Even For Those

In life you make friends and in life you make foes
You cannot be everything to everybody one suppose
There are winners and losers in life every day
For one to win others lose it is this way
Worldwide there arepeople in every town
The wealthy and famous in their words trying to drag down
The wealthy and famous you may think enjoy their material success
But as is said about money it cannot buy happiness
Though they may be people that many look up to and admire
And of singing their praises never seem totire
And though they may seem more than a brick in the famous human wall
Like everyone else in life they do not have it all
In life there are many an up and a down
Even for those who does know of great wealth and renown.
