Everybody Pays Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Everybody Pays

Too many bosses are lost.
And they are lawless.
All leave effective the cost,
To pay high.
Bosses lost have their aides.
And they are taught well,
To ensure that each day come what may...
Everybody pays.

No matter 'what' people pray to,
They pay.
No matter who has said what to say,
They pay.
No matter who runs away,
They pay.
No matter who hides to stay,
They pay.

Too many bosses are lost.
And they are lawless.
All leave effective the cost,
To pay high.
No matter where they go to stray,
They will pay.
No matter what belief one has today,
Everybody pays!
