EVERY DAY POEM-5
15th December 2025

Does a poem need a name?
My poems arise
Instantly and dilute into the air
Like a whisper spreading and spreading
Until I realize that
I have forgotten those words
But still carry the pains and smiles
That wrote my poems
How many poems have I uttered
That never found a place for home?
O my poems not seeing the sun light
Before I cradle you in my hand
Be patient and wait
Because I too am waiting eagerly
For you to come back.

This poem is beautifully tender and honest. It captures the quiet magic of creativity—the way words are born from feeling, drift away, yet leave something lasting behind. There's a deep comfort in how it honors even the unseen poems, reminding us that nothing felt is ever wasted. Keep writing
