Faces In The Clouds Poem by David Darbyshire

Faces In The Clouds

Rating: 5.0

I look up at the sky,
through a little gap in my eye lids.
Obsevering the clouds,
looking for faces of happy kids.

If you look real hard
you will make out a face.
A nose, a chin, hair
nothing out of place.

I love to watch the fluffy clouds float by,
how all the faces get there, I wonder why.
I think they are up there looking down at us,
making sure we stay out of trouble, which is a plus.
