Eons, and rocks turn into sands
And the wheel of life takes its turns,
Not for a second whilst it stands,
And life from death ever returns.
Yet, ask whosoever alive
How often Death strives ere it thrives,
Endless, looking never so naïve,
We all know death always arrives.
As life, eternal doth live death
Between birth of life and life's death,
Eternal in death seems life's faith,
Sentient life whilst lives breath to breath.
On journey long jostles this life,
The task of death is to renew
Life, charge it into life anew,
To face fresh frills, thrills along strife.
And death cometh whenso to call
It is to help life to return
Under a new custodial wall,
It strives wherein freedom to earn.
And so the wheel of life takes turns,
One day the life dies its last death
It no more takes when a new breath,
Nor yet the soul on earth returns.
Who thence is greater, Life or Death?
No one, the winner is life's faith.

In Sanskrit, kāla denotes both time and death. Here in this piece is explored the question: who triumphs, life or death? In one life cycle death seems to triumph. But with a renewed dress (body)soul returns to resume the journey. So, what triumphs is neither life nor death. It is life's faith in its journey of evolution.
