Fallen Angel
You fell out of the sky and into my arms
I'm telling you this and my words are true
I'll do my best to take care of you
Your my fallen angel and I'll never do you harm
Until I can get you back in the sky I'll keep you safe
I'll get you back to the heavens, so just keep your faith
I know I have to send you back someday
Yet I want you to stay and live my way
Ever since I caught you I've been feeling strange
It's love that I'm feeling
I love you my beautiful fallen angel
Sweet! Writing about being torn in two directions, makes for good thought. You would love to keep your fallen angel, but knowing you need to return your love to where it belongs. Lots to weigh and consider, a heavy decision to have to make. Thanks for the invite to read your work! Deborah Cromer
