Fallen Angels Poem by Brianna Mann

Fallen Angels

Rating: 5.0

We are the hurt and broken,
We feel things that cannot be spoken,
Many say we come from below but we come from above,
We know all emotions except for love,
The obstacles we face get harder everyday,
But we do not wish to live this way,

Nothing is worse then an emotional scar,
But in life that is all we are,
We wish to be happy and free
But the others; that they cannot see,
Please look with your heart and not your eyes
Be fore our time comes and we say our goodbyes,

We are what we are and what we do,
Is become a cushion or punching bag for you,
You call us names and mark our skin,
You don't know the pain you put us in,
You do one or all of these things,
But no matter what… you'll never take our wings.
