False O Man Thy Tears Shed Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

False O Man Thy Tears Shed

Rating: 5.0

A day marked for women,
And my thoughts went to them.
And then back on to men.

Being half of a man
And the rest a woman,
I'd think men know women—

As much as they know them;
But truth is nowhere near,
And if shed, it's false tear.

Hindus believe in Shiva and shakti, purusha and prakriti. Shiva is ardha-narishvar (half male and half female) . Science also says: the male is composed of x and y chromosomes, whilst a female is xx.
