Fate Poem by Matthew Holloway

Fate

Fate, it is after all inevitable
However much we hide or try deny
It will be as it was pre destined
No legs may out run it
No walls defy it, it shall fall
A blade to the lamb
The autumn to the soul
What is always to be, shall be
We cannot run from such a truth
Fear is a good reminder
That fate is inevitable
