Father I thought I had lost you forever
but to hate you, that's impossible, never!
A Daddy's girl I'll always be
cause you are someone special to me.
Truly glad that I have you
i don't judge anything you do.
How you work so hard to provide
Always there if I need to confide.
Every day I love you more
i won't let you go again that's for sure.
Reaching out to you with open arms
i know you will keep me safe from harm.
Sensitive, caring and loving bloke
you picked me up when I was down and broke.

Dad I love you with all my heart
when we're together and even more when we're apart.
A hero through and through
you saved my life and I thank you
You will always be number one
even when I've grown up and gone.
