February Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

February

February

In old days horses said:
"It snows I won't go."
Now-a-day in the cars
Automat
Stick in control 1,3, D.
Added with N, R, P
Gas pedal, rolling wheels
Goes nowhere; it spins
The road is glass sheet
It's snowed on the ice

On roadside, in the car
Cold it is and must run
Short of time must've been
Powerless young lady
Her back and front shield
Both covered with sleets
She is weak, can't clean
Passengers, bus-stop
They shiver, hurry, walk
They do so to warm up

Where is horse, which is wise?
To speak: "I won't go in snow."
