Feeding My Mind - Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

YOU are feeding my Mind with Verses galore,
Forcing my pen on the paper,
To continue to praise YOU I am sure,
Will my thoughts ever taper?

I now use Words never used before,
My vocabulary greater has grown,
Because of Words YOU have put in my Mind,
And thoughts in my Brain YOU have sown.

Tablets I must take to make my body work,
Then perhaps get I some rest,
Until my brain more words do express,
And my Faith in YOU ~ YOU will test.

Does it not suffice that Verses I write
In Praise of YOU and of YOUR Creations?
As I am one ~ and grateful am I,
And hope I live up to YOUR Expectations.

Mindful am I of YOUR Everlasting Love
For me and all YOUR Creations,
May we continue to live as YOU wish
To satisfy YOUR Expectations.
