There is no vague reference
The world has drawn right inference
The females are given due consideration
In terms of rights, freedom and in personal relation

Even if whole of system undergoes sea change
Some of the basic drawbacks shall remain unchanged
In many cases, the females have to be dependant
Very weak to face and present

She needs some one to stand by her
Tackle the problem and assure
Her position in world eye
Many organizations still struggle and try

Some of words look good
When praised in favor but not understood
It has wider implications
In vague implementation

Females may have power
But enjoyed by fewer
Still in far off places
Females always face uphill task
