Fighting To The End Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

Fighting To The End

Fighting till end

A boxer in the ring fought till the brink
Put ink to paper before he could think
Fighting till end
For his stipend
His slink from arena like from a rink

Fighting till end

Tim was a big boxer from the ghetto
But spoke like a lady with a falsetto
When he met a lady beautifully slim
His voice failed him because he was frigidly timid

Fighting till end

First thing is know the door
In case you need to leave the floor
Gauge the distance
How to escape the instance
Total defeat is obvious
In case you are oblivious
Next time make sure
Gun is ready and secure
The bullets have not been removed
In the night you slept in next room
Locate your escape route
Leave a possibilty of a rout
Even if your skills are said to be good
Never underestimate the other dude
Death comes fighting till the end
