Finding Me, A leader.

One day I want to meet a leader
I want to feel the thrill of leading human beings
and not treat them like they are just things

I want to carry their burdens
them urchins
without becoming them
and understand their anguish
I want to be like them
without assigning blame

I want to live their lives
but never their lies
because I must find the truth
for my own truce
otherwise life has no meaning
Meaning i have all along been sinning

One day I want to meet a leader
different than me
and see if I am real.
because i am beginning to doubt
I am a leader
and not a loser
and yet I am leading.
