First Kiss (Of A Bashful Lass) Poem by james watkin

First Kiss (Of A Bashful Lass)

Rating: 5.0

The snow of thy cheeks
Tis melting, melting!
What was it you said
To meeting-points led
Of Winter and Spring?
"Dear, look how like mirth
The little brook spurts! "

The snow of thy cheeks
Tis melting, melting;
And throbbing, bloom passion-vivid!
What was it you said
With undertones so
Auspicious-rapid?
" - how, having kissed lea
Love for sun every
Daisies outcome blurts".
