First Love Time Age Love Lessons Poem by Terence George Craddock

First Love Time Age Love Lessons

love knows what it knows
lust knows what it knows
rarely do they both know the same thing

love seeks to know the heart the soul
lust seek to touch feel know other body parts
one will endure longer perhaps a lifetime

one will often be fleeting fickle ephemeral

which one will you choose?

love or lust is first choice?
love or lust is last choice?

lust will rarely know bliss true love a soul mate
love will rarely know teen pregnancy check mate
lust its consequences will sometimes grow to hate

love is often the elevated esteemed ladies choice
lust is sometimes a broken low self esteem choice
love and lust both risk serious heart broken issues

first love time age...
teaches the course of true love
never did run smooth lessons...

however you choose to love
I wish you a fair wind
for the journey

I wish you fine weather
happy skies shade clouds
a warm journey

if I could I would take
your pain you cannot carry
smooth your journey

Godspeed may a fair wind always be at your back...
