First Rain
The smell
Of thirsting loam
Soaks in when free to roam
For a short time in all its spell,
First rain!

First rain while falls with many drops on ground soil soaks these raindrops and a nice smell from soil comes out. Your perception towards natural happening is really very nice and excellent. A brilliant poem is beautifully penned..10
